Parties
Owner/seller/reservation management
The company stated in connection with the product is the owner/seller/reservation manager of the product. The City of Porvoo does not own, sell or manage reservations. A customership shall not be constituted between the City of Porvoo and the customer but with the company/service provider (hereinafter also referred to as “the Service Provider”) who sold the product.
Customer
The customer undertakes to comply with these terms when buying products and services from the Internet services.
Reservation terms
These terms shall apply to rentable and reservable products and services. Hereinafter also jointly referred to as “the Target”.
Reserving
Customers are responsible for familiarising themselves with the descriptions and instructions of the reserved Target(s) and with the terms related to the reservation.
Customers pay the reservation in accordance with the payment method that they select, complying with the payment method terms of each Service Provider.
The City of Porvoo shall not be responsible for a failed reservation but the customer must, without undue delay, directly contact the Service Provider in order to fix the reservation.
Cancellations and changes
Each Service Provider is responsible for the cancellation terms of their own products. The customer must carefully examine the cancellation terms.
A cancellation day is the day when each Service Provider has received the information on the cancellation.
The customer is responsible for sending the cancellation in due time directly to the Service Provider. The City of Porvoo shall not receive cancellations or changes to the reservations.
Complaints
Possible complaints must be submitted without undue delay and immediately when they have occurred directly to the Service Provider. The City of Porvoo shall not process any complaints related to products or services.
Delivery terms
Signing the agreement
A binding trade agreement with the Service Provider enters into force after the order has been confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation). The trade agreement shall not be constituted between the customer and the City of Porvoo. The order confirmation/payment confirmation of each Service Provider is delivered to the customer via email.
Cancellation of the trade and refunding
Customers must familiarise themselves with each Service Provider’s cancellation terms.
Payment terms
The City of Porvoo shall not keep any kind of record of bank account or credit information at any stage. Customers must familiarise themselves with each Service Provider’s payment terms.
General terms
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Customers must familiarise themselves with currently valid delivery terms before ordering.
